If you live in Hang Dong / Mae Hia area, there is one in the road 121, I used them for my daughter, she was happy and not scare, the name is Empressdantalclinic.

Thantakit International Dental Center is excellent! Gorgeous building, state-of-the-art equipments and their dentists have studied abroad so communication and expertise aren't an issue. Love my experience with them. If you can travel to Bangkok, I highly recommend this dental center. They're very gentle, accommodating and really know what they're doing.
