Hi all, thanks for all the speedy replys to my last question very helpful. My new question is what is the best way to send a letter to the states and how much does it cost to send a letter single piece of paper to the states? I need the letter to get there in about a week to 10 days.

Hi gifford,
First the main post office is next to wat phnom. you have to go to the front one not the side one.
Next. for 3-4 pages will cost you $1.50 without any photos . that includes the envelope.
and it takes 2 weeks to be receive at the other end.

Better add another $1.50 to register the letter.
14 days is very optimistic. It can take a lot longer.
