For coffee, Factory coffee is good, its also named "cafe tươi" in Vietnamese, its in the corner of Han thuyen and Truong dinh. I've been here sometimes before, the coffee's ok.
I don't know much about restaurants. I always enjoy at small food shops, its a wonderful places, I think so.
