Are you talking about "The Ritz Carlton "Internship - Culinary" ?

It's better you talk to them as they would have all the info .

About visas , well sadly Ukraine was separated from EU , you can't get visa on arrival , but , you can apply online at https://www.evisa.gov.bh/ to get your visa from the Embassy/Consulate
