Does anyone know of or recommend a Notary Public who can officially stamp documents issue aboad?
My embassy doesn't provide this service, so I'm hoping to be able to have docs stamped/authenticated here.

probably not possible...Vietnamese notary do not like English documents....Cheers, Jenny
