Why do a work visa in Qatar gets rejected???

The visa granted to the companies without name of the employ, just the requirement will be granted and divided for many nationality not as per the company request for the candidate nationality, but as the labor committee decide to grant the list required with the number of candidate from each nationality, if the company to whom you apply have visa for Jordanian nationality, then the process of the visa will not take more than 3 days, but if the company have no visa for Jordanian nationality, then it will take very long time, the company apply apply again and again and meet with the labor committee and will have rejected result for many time, it is difficult to got visa for Jordanian and when it is for female it will be more difficult than visa for male.
