Dont know what your problem is but I dont think you need a lawyer whatever it is ... i used to work in civil aviation legal organisations in Brussels and the EU . Passenger rights and complaints can be usually dealt with via the europa.eu site with appropriate complaint form - if not contact IATA and copy your complaint to the airline...
