I know I'm probably out of luck here but I figured I'd give it a try just in case. Anyone know of any places in Marrakech (or even neighboring cities) that do acrylic nails and/or eyelash extensions?

There should be few in Gueliz. For nails I think I saw one on the backside of Plaza (where is the mosque) and one is on the way to Victor Hugo next to hairdresser Mathieu on main road (behind Café la Flann). Eyelash extension definitely at some beauty centre.
