Is there anyone work for W Maldives or know W Maldives well , I heard it is a very nice resort? I want to know the average basis salary in Welcome Office like receptionist or concierge agent ? how about the staff facility ,did the staff have their own beach access ?? Is it true they pay very high for the service charges ??

Well W maldives is a well known resort here and yes they pay good salary and other benefits. i dont know much about their salary some of my friends work there and they all are happy so far.
