Hi,
I am switching job for good for a lesser salary job.
I like new company and work and hence agreed for lesser salary.
My question is : will MoM approve my EP even my salary is getting reduced.
Please provide comments.

As long as you are still above the threshold for your education and experience, switching job for a lower pay is not a problem.
The salary thresholds are not published, but you can use the SAT to find out approximately what applies in your case.
