What cities and towns are the least expensive for living in Honduras?
Web searches are returning expensive hotels. What is an economical price for hotels in Honduras?
How does one legally rent more permanent housing if they are a tourist from the U.S.? What is a least expensive rate?

This is a loaded question. Each area of the country is very different in so many ways. I live is a small mountain town 4 hours from the closest international airport. You can rent a studio apartment for a little as $75 a month or a new 4 bedroom town home for $750. Hotels are for tourists and making money. Not a gage for rent prices. Here a room at a hostel is $7 a night to over a $100 a night at the fanciest hotel.
