We are looking for a small furnished apartment for 3/6 month or longer rental from early January 2016,in Zanzibar City or would consider a low rental beach bungalow elsewhere?

Hello,My aunt has a place for rent so I was wondering if you could check it out. I know you want an small place to stay but I was hoping you can take this into consideration in-case you couldn't find a cheap or reliable place,if you want like any pictures of the other rooms let me know.
