Nice to hear that, In Phnom Pneh now are popular with Western coffee ; such as Hot & Ice Latte, Cappuccino, Green Tea Frappe or Chocolate Frappe, Americano etc, the shop shall available with Wifi and parking area are better, the business are great,  can make more income if open at the right location.

$800 rent for a store front in BKK1 is not easy.  The general starting is $1000.  You may be lucky to find one at $800 and then you will definitely need to do a lot of work to set it up for a cafe.

Let me know if I can help with discussion of tea, sort of a personal interest.  I don't sell it, so I'm not selling anything, but I could pass on ideas about types and sourcing or whatever else.
