Hello,
I am moving to Male from Mumbai for my new job in the next 2 days. So I want to carry some money to be able to sustain the 1st month before getting the salary..
Can anyone please help me as to which currency would be better to get along - INR, USD or MVR?
Also, If i get INR or USD along, what the best place to exchange the currency at good rates to MVR?

better bring USD
ur employer will return u the air fare & other expenses within week........, as our employer did

But my employer has already provided me with the air tickets. Also, will local vendors accept USD?

well......the bring only 200-300 USD , he will give u accommodation & food also. what written in ur contract
