hello,
can any one explain what's the procedure to get car on my name (istimara) after paying all installments and Residual Value,now car insurance valid up to december 31 2015 i have to pay my redidual value in september so i do i need new insurance to change istimara? or on same valid insurance if enough?

No, you'll have to buy a new insurance policy in *YOUR* name in order to get the istamara transferred.
You have to visit them and check for the requirements. The general transfer requirements are:
1- Iqama copy
2- Driving license copy
3- Insurance policy documents
All the rest will be taken care by ALJ.
