Physical Therapy - Foam Roller & Therapists

Hi, two questions:

(1) Where in TP HCM is a good place to find a foam roller for massage and exercise?  I have looked at many sports equipment shops and have not had any luck.

(2) Any recommended physical therapists in TP HCM?  (District 1 is convenient, otherwise a good balance of cost and quality).  I was considering going to see an orthopedic doctor (e.g., Family Medical Practice) for some back and joint pain, but based on my experience in the USA, the doctor usually doesn't provide much service (primarily a verbal evaluation), whereas speaking directly with a physical therapist obtains a more direct hands-on assessment and set of exercises to heal.
