Hello , visas like Self Sponsor visas "2 year visa" require a rental agreement !
My question is , having a rental agreement and later after 4-6 months after issuance of the visa , if I cancel the rental agreement , would that cancel the visa too ?
Are rental agreement electronically linked to visas ?

The rental agreement is only required to get your 2-year visa. There is no proper link between the rental agreement and your visa other than that. So in practice, you could potentially cancel the rental agreement after getting your visa.
But the responsibility to maintain the rental agreement during the course of the visa is on you. As a good, responsible citizen, you will have to inform the visa authorities when one of the conditions that gave you the visa no longer exists. otherwise, it would amount to visa fraud.
