Hello everyone.
Anybody here if the same labor law applies to BDF employees?
For example, after end of contract (2 years) and the employee do not want to renew his contract, is he going to get a gratuity pay? What happens to the leave credits that he doesn't use yet?

If my information is correct, the law applicable to BDF employees is different from that of normal labour law.
I am not qualified to comment further, hence will leave it for someone knowledgeable.
