Hi Guys,

As you know with the new policy regarding the exit entry visa if someone won't return withing the period of the entry date, his visa will be cancelled and he will be prohibited to enter Saudi Arabia for 3 years.
What if someone has his family overseas on an exit/entry visa and they didn't come back within the entry date does this policy 3 years prevention will be applied on them or no because they are added to the worker iqama?
A friend was asking me and would love to help.

As advised by GR dept. in my company, no, the 3 years policy doesn't apply on families, but the worker will have to apply again for residency visa for their families.
