Hello!
I would like to ask the Filipino who moved to Slovakia. But of course hello to the other participants who read this.

I was accepted in the job i applied for in Bratislava and I will start this year June. I am working on my visa right now and I saw that I need a work permit and a temporary residence permit. The only problem is that when i did some research it says there that I have to apply for the permits at Slovakia Embassy in Indonesia, as that's the closest embassy from us.

Question is, how did you apply for your visa? Did you also personally go to Indonesia for that?

I really dont want to go to Indonesia as I dont have any time since Im very busy with studies as I am trying to graduate by March and I am in deep focus sa studies right now.

Please let me know the details. I would really owe you my work if I'll get through with this.

All the best,

Jane :D

Hello
My name is Jimmy and I am from Scotland.
I am very well travelled and I have visited many countries throughout the world.
I love talking to people from different countries and cultures and I would be pleased to help you with any questions to assist you about Western culture etc.
My personality is relaxed, chatty and I have a sense of humour but of course I can also be serious when it is neccesary.
I would also be interested to hear about your country  Iran as I understand everything seems to be changing with better relations with the West.... which of course is good.
I am in Bratislava for a few days beginning on October 10th 2016. At present I am in Malta
I look forward to hearing from you
Jimmy

Hi jimmy,
Nice talking to you. Yeah the situation in Iran is changing.. maybe.. but the reallity is that Iranian people are very diffrent with their politics... I highly recommend you to visit iran and its diffrient cities ;)  it is a big country with a large number of nice cities and natural beauties...
It would be nice to meet you in BA :)
Have a good day
Sahar

Hi Sahar..... Thank you for your message I also sent you a message to enable us to talk 'one to one'  on the private messaging ex pat system rather than on the 'open forum' ..... feel free to contact me at your convenience. Thank you for your informative information about Iran and I look forward to learning more about your country in Bratislava when we meet at a suitable public place of your choise.... probably it would be best to meet up somewhere in a central location.
In the meantime have a pleasant weekend.
Jimmy

Thanks jimmy for the kind reply :)
Iran is an ancient country.. I'm sure you would love it if you come too.. not only the ancient Persapolice near Shiraz or a large number of other ancient places in Yazd or Isfahan or othet cities... but also its natural beauties .. like the beach of the Caspian see in the north of iran besides green hills and jungels.. also the deserts near to Yazd and have wonderful night sky..and alot more... are really wonderful..
But the natural treasures like oil or even the ancient treasure in iran made it kinna country that is so much politically unstable.. they want only the money from this unique country.. politics are real theifs..
Hope that  better days come..
