Inquiry about free University in EU

I don't know about all of Europe but in Norwegian Universities the tuition is free and you jusy need to prove that you have the money to live in Norway. Last time I checked you needed to have NOK94,000 in your bank account at the time when you hand in your university application.

Education is also not all in English here! Many programs require you to pass a high level Norwegian exam before you can study here.
Also, the tuition is free but the books, accommodation, food, transport, and everything else is not free! These are all expensive things to cover in a country with one of the highest costs of living in the world.

Note that most of the universities in Norway are not exactly the "top 100 or Top 200" universities in the world.
