The dishes that say Gibraltar to me are
Calentita

However Gibraltar is a mix of many people from all over the world though mainly the Mediterranean and Europe and their respective cuisines.
Fish and chips is a very popular dish both with residents and visitors.

I tried a spinach pie today from the Gibraltar Confectionery Shop opposite M&S in Main Street. It was very nice, but do you know of any sit-down restaurants that serve Gibraltarian cuisine?
