Hi All,

I just moved to Bogota from Southern California a few days ago. I'm in the Chapinero Alto area. I want (need!) to take some spanish courses, and at the same time get a student visa (so I can stay longer) and that will allow me to get my Cedula (spelling?). Any suggestions would be helpful!
