Setting a Cy in norway (by Eur citizens - CEE) share exp.

Hello !
I'm a French citizen - I'm planning to set a company in Norway ( in a middle term ...) .
I'd like to share info with experienced people on this subject.
People who tried - and succeeded if possible ! - in craftwork or trade business.

I mean a society based in Norway by a citizen coming from a country member of CEE, as I am.

Of course, for several subjects and specific points,  other people coming from rest of the world, as they  have to face same rockblocks are invited to share their own experience.
I'm expecting info especially from some "Normenner" I saw who collaborate sometimes in blogs I read on other subjects, and who could help a lot for my project.
What could be discuss :
1) type & kind of society status possibilities (offered or required by norvegian rules)  - Norvegian legacy on this subject and info website (in english at least : I saw only info in bokmal and very general info; but laws & rules must be managed seriously - where to find advices on writings the rules of society(status)
2) type of certification generally required for craftman in Norway. - for dealers , too.
3) Kind and  costs of administrative  necesserary steps before beginning ( cy deposit, cost of letting  for a workshop) - where ? when ? Are there differencies between administrative regions (land) ?
4) other advices such as retirement regime, health & social cover costs , engagement of employees, registration in sectorial & business norvegian association ( nothing found on net in english ...) etc...
5) best way to import in norway a workshop (material, a few machines, tools etc...) - Tax costs - what about import of a truck , a van ? Buying a truck in norway : is it much more expensive than in Germany, France ? how much is an annual insurance driver cover for a van in Norway ? What about converting French driver license into Norvegian one ? how long and cost ?
6) any other subjects in touch with it - advertising / social or prof net  / exibition possibilities. Banking, accounting, insurance etc...

Any other Help that may be "digged" out before start. Any Suggestion are welcome !
I saw some of you who seemed to be particularly aware of the Norvegian system. Please give a hand !
Topic may be spoken both in english or french (even in german). Sorry for others languages but I'm in need of very precise and sure info on subjects which are "serious".
I can't allowed myself to be a jerk, a "go-between".
And this topic may be used by others, too ...in the future.

Thank you in advance for every detail that could give me a good "round-the-clock" tour ! or just drive me in right and quick directions to good advicers in Norway.
My best regards to all of you fellows !

Thanks for your post , Arvictor !
Was just looking a T.v emission talking about antiques dealers .. in south of sweden specialised in ... french touch antiques ! Horrible profit my dear : a very simple iron "tree" to wear some candles (set in little glasses) bought 8 € , they sell it in their "boutik" in sweden ... 650 € !!! Well, well, well ...
I'm not expecting to do such profit - Even, if my project is in the same sector of french furnitures.
Just would like to work and live "normally", kindly and share good relations with people around.
But I had a try and It seems to be really much harder than I thought, before I moved.
What do you expect in your own project , planing to expat in Norway ?
So long Arvictor
