I heard that tourists visiting Somaliland must hire an armed guard. Is that right? Unfortunately I cannot reach the Somaliland embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethio, by phone. Does anybody know? Thank you.

Yes, in Somali-land visitors need to hire guards, If you stll need visa, I will find you contact person for Somali land embassy in Addis-Ababa
