I'm looking for a hairdresser in Cairo that will tone my roots and do an ok job of it. I"m assuming there's something, in Zamalek maybe? Please help, and thanks in advance.

You might want to check with Jean Ferik in Zamalek, the lebanese hair dresser there is really good.

There is Paul, who is French on Mansour Mohammed ZA There is Les Elite in Moh or road 250 Maadi and ask for Charlie who is Lebonese. Marawan in Abdel Moneim Riad nr Midan Thawat , Moh also both partners are Lebonese.

Hi there,
I have always had a problem here with hairdressers. The Egyptian hairdressers haven't got a clue with western women's hair and its hard to find a western Hairdresser. I tried to advertise many times for one but no luck. So now, I have to rely on being either back in UK or an Englsih friend in Tunisia to get my highlights done!

You can try Maadi also as well as Zamalek...please let me know if you find one! Good luck
