Yes you can extend your Visa in Vung tau at nearly any travel agent.
But, since your married now why not apply for a VEC. Visa exemption certificate for married folk.
Looks like you've joined the conga line of the long haul brigade here. It will be a very interesting journey and your certainly off to a flying start.
