Since there is no official commercial transportation services available to or from the Sultanate by sea, whoever arrives by ship into Oman is a confirmed illegal immigrant.

Also anyone who gets deported would obviously be 'banned' from entering Oman again. But many still manage to do so by changing their passport and perhaps even their names.

Anything from before would be illegal and invalid.
