Hoping for anyone who has knowledge of choosing a decent hospital to have a birth and what approx cost would be if you do not have insurance ( not Thai woman) thanks

Greetings, your question is very vague as decent and cost is variable subject to individual choice. For example, one can have a steak in JW Marriott Hotel restaurant or a western steak restaurant or at the side of the road. Service, quality, price are vast difference, so is taste and environment. There are government  and private hospitals. Staff that speaks english or not. What kind of doctors do you get? What is decent? Food at the road side is decent too but some people don't like or afraid to eat.
Impossible to suggest as where is your bench mark?

Do what YOU feel best with.
Be it hospital, eating venues etc.
Of course, you need the $$$ to finance your choices.

In Thailand, I am biased towards the private hospital system - doctors, support staff, room, food.
You need to be totally relaxed for this event.

If you have a partner, get their opinion too.

Lastly, what would you do in your home country?

It will depend on hospital but also if natural birth or need C section, just google the hospital in BKK as they publish their fees ( for example below some fixed prices from expensive hospital in BKK  )

I mentioned that it wasnt a thai woman , although not the desired language  ( English   International language ) , my apologies . i am an Expat that is not flying my wife back to My home country and looking for options without insurance ,and hoping that someone has been in this position and gone before us . Without any major complications of the birth , i hope to reach someone with some experience in this situation , a nurse possibly or a couple who have had a baby here and need english and a reasonable cost hospital ( if it exists) not a Marriott priced hospital . Thank you kris napat  i will do this

If you check the internet, there are a number of informative sites relating to this topic.

What is a reasonable cost in your mind? compare with what? Some foreigners give birth in their country and it is free for them.
All hospital with websites and prices shown in english are mainly for foreigners, the others will not publish their fees or  will be in Thai, typically Thai will pay half or even less than foreigners in these hospitals.
Some hospital cheap or government will have waiting list and you will not be able to assist to the birth as many ladies at same time, again it depends on your budget, we get what we pay for regarding service, health is business in Thailand.
Best is to ask advices to the gynecologist who follow your wife pregnancy, you can also travel in others places in Thailand to avoid prices more expensive in Bangkok.

Well, It's depend on area that you want to stay too.

If you doesn't care much about area, just a quality and price. I would suggest

They all speak english. You may call or email them to check the package.

Best of luck to you guys.
