The first step is learning the language. .. you don't have any chance to find a job without speaking language. .. do a basic course of minimum upto A2 and try your luck with job..

2, try the job portal websites which gives lot of job opertunities to find job.. jobborse.De is very useful and official website.. yu can also find English speaking jobs in jobs77.com..

just a quick question, i am from India and currently planning to learn German. My wife is studying German (A1 level). I have about 10 years of experience in SAP WMS.
We both plan to finish till, at the least, B1 level before applying for German jobs from India. Is there anything you can help or advise. Do we apply visa on our own (work visa) from India.

I think you should check the oversees position posting by German Department of Labor in particular the (BIZ) Berüfsinformationszentrum, to get an offer from an empöoyer then if you get a contract you can start your visa application

I am also up to some tips of getting a job in Germany. I am a licensed accountant and currently working here in UAE. My husband (a German) and I are both based here in UAE and it happened that he wanted to go back to Germany for good. The thing is I still wanted to work and practice my profession in the place.

Any advice from you guys?

First, you should check if your accountancy degree or credentials are recognized in Germany. You can consult the ANABIN database for this.
Then, you should seriously consider learning German. Your job chances are MUCH better with some reasonable language skills (A2 level and above), because without you'd be ineligible for all customer-facing or otherwise communicating roles, which includes most jobs on the market.
After that you can start your job search by identifying and contacting suitable companies in your field of work.
