We would like advice from somebody living in Tete

Hi. My friends call me TJ. We own a well established fast food / restaurant chain in South Africa with shops in Nigeria, Ghana, Namibia, China,India, UK etc. We are thinking of opening 2 stores in Tete in a "new shopping centre" that should be completed later this year. We specialize in "traditional Portuguese" chicken and other Portuguese chicken dishes. If we can compare, very much the same as Nandos and other "flamed grilled chicken" dishes. We would like advice from somebody living in Tete on how do they think such fast food outlets will do there.
We have mastered the art of supplying our stores in areas where supplies are not "all that easy" to come by. Can somebody please shed some light on my request.
