Is it possible for a company here in Singapore to apply an S-Pass for me even if I have a pending appeal for a rejected S-Pass application from another company?

No, it is not possible to have two applications ongoing at the same time.

Thanks beppi. Another question though, will MoM change the status from "rejected" to "pending" once the company file an appeal or will it remain "rejected" until they come-up with a decision?

Normally they change the status back to "pending", but recently I heard of several cases where this didn't happen.
