Hello,
I am currently on Business Visa in Saudi arabia with multiple re entry. Visa validity is 90 days but days of stays is 30 days at one stretch. If I need to stay more than 30 days here I need to exit and re-enter KSA.
I wanted to know after 30 days when I am doing exit re-entry to India in place of that can I go to Bahrain and come back as its near by and stay another 30 days in KSA?

on a business multi-entry you can come and go as you please. Whether you can enter Bahrain depends on your nationality.
