Hi Akhzar005,
If you get sacked, or terminated from your job, your employer will pack you off - with just your final settlement, if you qualify for that. NOC will not be given for sure.

I think he meant -if the company lays him off or sacks him can he join another company n can the previous company issue a Noc

Whether the company finish you ... or you finish the company, you will not get an NOC.
