Yes you need to have a two wheeler License. The Range for Scooter is from 4,000 to 40,000. There is few shops at Tallet Flag Round About Beside Hail Street Flyover. There are also Bike stores at Tahilya Near and Sabaeen Street Intersection.

hmmm...i wanna buy scooter like 50cc or any chinese brand motorcycle...not bigbikes...im afraid travelling in saudi road only by two wheels..you know....
