Job Description (Responsibilities):
1.    Assist customers who want to know the status of their services. (e.g. billing info, date of installation etc.)
2.    Meet monthly performance standard, indicated by the clients.
3.    Provide excellent customer service satisfaction.

Job Specification (Qualifications):
1.    Good communication skills.
2.    Completed at least 2 years in college (Medical courses are not qualified for this post).
3.    With at least 6 months call center experience (Telco, billing, collections, financial account).
4.    Willing to work in AYALA BUSINESS PARK, Cebu City.
