a house is smaller with maybe 2 levels at the most , villa is a bigger building with higher ceilings (usually ) N larger rooms (usually )
A villa in Australia is smaller than a house, on a tiny block of land, less than 300 sq metres.

ok , i cant see if the pictures have attached or not , but the villa is smth like a building with 2-3-4-5 etc numbers of separate rooms/apartments, sort of like a small hotel and a house is a building where maybe you and the owner share some dependencies , a kitchen or hallway or u gotto pass through their living room when you walk out
they're the same. a villa is just a fancy european word for house. although a house can be more modest and a villa could be more lavish.
Most of the time, a villa will have a stone wall around it, and more land. Houses are mostly in more urban areas, and have less land, may or may not have a wall around it.
House is usually a unit in a block of pteah levengs. Here's a good example near Sovanna shopping center:
