I am from Barcelona and moving back to my country from half July to end of August, so I am looking for a girl who wants to rent my room.
The flat is located in a very convenient area:
- 7 min walk to Zhongshan Park Subway Station (line 2, 3 & 4)
- 5 min walk to East China Political Science and Law campus
- 7 min walk to Commercial Mall Could 9
- 7 min walk to Carrefour
- Many fruit shops and restaurants...
It has a living room, three rooms and two WC. You would be sharing the toilet with another girl.
The flat have all the appliances: microwave, dishwasher, TV, kettle... and every room has it's own air con.
My roommates are a guy from USA and a girl from China (not a couple) all very nice, quiet and clean ppl. So we are looking for someone with the same features.
The flat is 2450/month (without utilities - normally they are about 200RMB per month) and depending on the moving in date we would calculate the rest. You have to pay one month deposit.
