Advice on salary please - 1200 - 2500 BHD - is that ok? - Bahrain forum

Hi

An agency has contacted me about a job which they said is paying between 1200 - 2500 BHD. This is not including accommodation or healthcare. Due to my experience I asked for 2500 but the agency said this is unlikely so would I accept anything less. I suppose I would, but how much less ? Bearing in mind I am hoping to save.

which field ? your post is too general. How can the forumer here judge whether you're overpaid or underpaid ?

I'm a male teacher - no kids - no wife ! Just me ,.

I want to save too though - would 2000BD but okay ? Remember it does not include accommodation nor health nor airfare !!

I think the agency is taking the p*** though. If I say I want 2500BD they wont put me in for the job. I know a teacher there who is on 2000BD + accomm + bills,
