They appear to be an authentic agency.
If they ask you for money up front to pay for visa fees etc then it is a scam. The employer is responsible for all fees and not the employee.

Dude even I got a call from the same consultancy regarding offer from KNPC. I am from bhilai. if u can mail me up, we can have a talk over this issue.
