My partner and I are new to the area. Just moved a month ago with our 2 year old. I don't see a lot of foreigners in Luohu so if you're out there, let's connect. Yes we are parents, and would love for our toddler to meet other kids, but you don't have to be a parent to reach out. We just want to build a community, and meet people.

I have also recently moved to the Luohu area and looking for friends and like minded people to hand out with, unfortunately i do not have a family but perhaps we could still meet for a coffee or drink? which ever suits.
