Hi, I was wondering all that would required of me renting a flat/house in Zambia such as proof of income, credit check, references etc.
Is the process the same to that in the states?
I was planning to visit there for a few months and did not plan to work while there. I have my own savings & was hoping that would be sufficient to rent a local flat.
