The apartment was passed to the landlord in perfect condition two months ago but the
landlord did not return the deposit (13500 DKK). He claims that 15000 DKK were spent for cleaning (1 bedroom + 1 kitchen apartment, wow!). No receipts, no invoices, no explanation, nothing. No communication is possible: the landlord ignores messages and calls.
Any ideas how to get money back and punish these fraudsters well?
