We (my husband and puppy) are relocating to Skopje first week of June. We are working with a relocation professional however, I would like to get some insight regarding neighborhoods, best places to live/neighborhoods. Preferences are new build, mid-rise, parking, ....
Also, what is your experience with obtaining a work permit as an American or European for that matter?

Hi,
I dont like living in the center, but anything 1-3km outside of it is a pretty good location. There are various locations with various plus/minus points depending on your wishes.
There are many new builds but people tend to prefer older, proven buildings.
Skopje is a safe city, generally very friendly people, all of the things a western city should offer are more or less covered. And cost of living is very low.
No idea abut the work permit, sorry.
