Me and my husband are in Kuwait. My daughter who is studying in US is planning to come to Kuwait on her way to India. We got her visit visa(single entry), she will be here for 2 weeks, and go to Hyderabad. She is planning to go back to USA via Kuwait, after spending another 10 days here with us in Kuwait.
My question is, is it possible to apply her visit visa again in August? The present Visa we got was applied in March, She is coming here next week.
We bought her tickets USA-Kuwait-USA. If we cant apply for second visit visa, then all the travel has to be rescheduled.
Can anybody give any information regarding this please?

No.
You can apply for visit visa again only after 6 months from the date of her exit.
But everything is possib provided you have WASTA
