Time Gap Before Applying New Visa

Hi all,

My family cannot have this "family joining visa" regarding unfit medical issue. So they came here using family visit isa for 3mos and extent for another 1mo.

Can anyone inform me the time gap needed before applying another family visit visa?

I read all visa topic, but nothing about this.

Hi jhonwood,

This is the problem ... there is nothing quite clear on the topic of the time gap between applying for visit visa.

Earlier there was none actually. But lately, I am hearing different reports from 1-month waiting period to 3-months of waiting period.

Best would be for you to check with your company PRO and find out the latest on this straight from the horse's mouth.
