hi, im shah ali,

I'm working here in a construction company as site engineer.

I want to know that if i complete my visa and then go back to my country without NOC can i come back again with new visa??????

In that situation NOC is required?????

Hi shahalioman,

Without your last Omani employer's NOC you cannot legally come back to Oman for a minimum period of 2 years.

Read the many other discussions on the same topic in the forum please - all the information is already available there; so why ask again ?
