Hello, I will be arriving in Bangkok with a big dog. I think it might be easier to drive him into Siem Reap. Can anyone make suggestions on how or who to contact?

you can either arrange personally with a taxi driver / mini van to take you and the dog to Siem Reap or you could talk to any tour agency / taxi stand to arrange for a vehicle, driver and cost of the trip.
compare prices by asking more than one driver to get an idea of the cost of the journey from Bangkok.
at the Thai border you'll also find taxi drivers and mini vans for hire.
