how does the healthcare system work in Zambia ? Is it efficient ?

What are the main differences between public and private sectors?

Is it recommended to purchase private health insurance in Zambia?

In Zambia the health care is improving. We have seen cases tht were sent to Johannesburg in the past but are now felt locally. Recently healthcare workers had an increase in salary of nearly 100% to boost their Morales. 
Private health care is better as at now but I sees change coming within two years. Health insurance is available and of high quality.  Private hospitals include Chinese, Italian. And Greek hospitals! MARS emergency care service is also available. ARVS for HIV AIDS patients are free. Public hospitals are freeu
