Sponsership Transfer Status

When I checked the status of the change in sponsership, it shows as "نتيجة البحث
نوع الخدمة: نقل خدمة عامل وافد
رقم الطلب:1436-172566-1 حالة الطلب في وزارة العمل: تمت الموافقة
حالة الطلب في وزارة الداخلية : تم نقل خدمة العامل الى صاحب عمل جديد (شركة حلول اطياف الضوء والطاقة) بتاريخ 1436/06/26، وفي حال عدم استلام رخصة الاقامة بعد , على صاحب العمل الجديد استلامها من الجوازات"

When I transalte to google .. Its showing as "Approved by Labour".. Rest I didnt able understand.. Is there any one know to transalte.. It would be greatful then.. And also pls let me know how long it will take to complete this process to get new Iqama ?

Your request has been accepted, and The sponsorship has been transferred to new company ( Halol company) at 26/06/1436 (15/04/2015) if you didn't receive your residence Licence yet please go to Emigration In order to get it...End

The last sentance which you mentioned (In case If I didnt get it, I need to go to the emigration) Is that a default status and applicable for all ? Else is there any problem with my prsent Iqama ?
